Henning Wiekhorst, born in Italy in 1964 lived in the US, the Netherlands, in Germany and now since over ten years in Hong Kong. His education as a German Mechanic, five years workshop experience and being a Master in Industrial Engineering (Produktionstechnik) equippes him well for management tasks.

In Asia, he was the Sales Manager Asia for the Business Unit "Wear Parts" of the Austrian Tungsten Carbide making company PLANSEE TIZIT (CERATIZIT).

He then changed to Haerter Stanztechnik GmbH / Germany, a stamped metal parts supplier to mobile phone and automotive industries.

As its Managing Director, he founded Haerter Asia Limited in Hong Kong. In South China he established, as its Legal Representative, the production plant Haerter Asia (Dongguan) Ltd. The starting point was virtually from a "green field" and the task ended with the ISO 9000:2000 certification.

Nowadays, following a lifelong passion, Henning Wiekhorst started his own company CREATIVE DRAGON WORKS, which focusses on multi media and imaging fields.

This Forum he runs together with Wolfgang Siemers and the management experiences of two generations are combined.
