Legal Notice (please read carefully)

This Legal Notice serves also as Terms and Conditions for this web site, with or without the prefix "www", http://creative-business-forum.com including its forum, referred to in the following as "CBF".

CBF is owned and maintained by the Hong Kong based, sole proprietor company Creative Dragon Works, owned by Henning Wiekhorst, in the following referred to as "CDW".

Anybody who initiates the registration or subscription process is in the following referred to as "registrant".

 

1. General Liability Exclusion:

CDW and/or any one associated with CDW cannot be held liable by any means for any actions, damages or for any other consequences resulting from the usage of any information any person obtains from CBF. Any person using any information provided by and on CBF, shall check and verify the correctness of such before making any use of it.

CDW refuses any responsibility for contents of any other web sites linked to or from CBF. People are encouraged to report to CDW any links of malicious and/or illegal content so that they can be removed from CBF.

 

2. Copyright:

All content on or in CBF is under strict copyright and is not allowed to be copied by any possible means and is not permitted to any other distribution other than this Forum, unless a expressively written permission is given by the relevant author.

CDW is prohibited from granting copyright permissions for any content that is contributed and posted on CBF by copyright holders other than CDW itself and its associates.

CDW has the right of free usage of any content posted on its web sites, but must always quote the original author.

 

3. Membership Fee and Minimum Content:

To join CBF a membership fee of 60,-- Euro for one year term must be paid. Therefore CDW offers CBF as Business Forum platform for networking, text-advertising, information exchange and including the On-Line-Management-Book with the title "Management Letters" Any further content is on volunteer basis.

Once a membership fee is paid, it will not be refunded, unless a member can provide the evidence of having unsuccessfully tried to unsubscribe and has informed CDW about this at least one month before the membership's automatic renewal. In case of CDW amending the membership fee a notice has to be given with three (3) month notice in advance through CBF. Such amendments will only effect new members registration and membership renewals occurring after the date of the amendment becoming effective.

 

4. Payment and Registration:

The only possibility to register or subscribe to CBF is through the successful payment of the membership fee via the "Subscribe" button on CBF's registration page.

When clicking the "Subscribe" button, the registrant agrees to all terms and conditions of this Legal Notice.

The click will lead to CDW's Pay Pal payment processing page. The registrant will be asked to provide his e-mail address and to set a password for his subscription account. This password will be needed in the event the registrant wishes to unsubscribe again. Therefore it is advised not to forget this password.

After completion of payment the registrant will automatically come to the actual forums registration procedure, asking him to agree to an Forum-Registration-Agreement. This agreement in its full content is contained in this Legal Notice, paragraph No. 5.

After agreeing again to the Forum-Registration-Agreement the registrants contact details will need to be provided, including his e-mail address.

AS PREVENTION OF ANY ONE POSSIBLY BY-PASSING THE REQUIRED PAYMENT, IT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS AS BEFORE FOR THE PAYMENT. ANY REGISTRATION NOT MATCHING A PAYMENT RECORD WILL BE STRICTLY DEACTIVATED.

 

5. Forum Registration Agreement:

Whilst we attempt to edit or remove any messages containing inappropriate, sexually orientated, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a persons privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted on this discussion system. For this reason you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Therefore we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message.

By registering on this discussion system you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.
