Wolf Siemers had lived and worked for 48 years outside Germany, before he returned to his home country in 1996.

He did international marketing in South-America, Europe and the Middle East (including Afghanistan and Iran) for a pharmaceutical company, marketing for Management Centre Europe in Brussels for 3 years and for 1 year for the International Space University in Strasbourg, concentrating on Latin-America and Europe.

Finally he joined the European Space Agency (ESA) and worked in the Human Resources Department in Holland and in Italy.

After his retirement from ESA he worked as Training Consultant, among others for German universities (International University) and in training centres such as ICON Institut, where he organised and carried out training and development courses for Chinese groups, as well as similar local courses in Uganda.

The easiest way of obtaining his knowledge is this forum, which he runs together with Henning Wiekhorst.

The forum combines the experiences of two generations in management.
